Jira Integration

Overview​

Setup Steps​

  1. Sign in to Vylor
  2. Create or Select an organization
  3. Click Add Integration → Jira → Create Integration
  4. When prompted, create a Vylor account to join your Jira space.
  5. You’ll see a prompt saying:

    “Vylor is requesting access to your Atlassian account.”

  6. Click Accept to authorize access.
  7. Vylor will now appear in your Jira space.

Permissions​

Manage (jira-webhook)​

  • Fetch, register, refresh, and delete dynamically declared Jira webhooks.
    (Allows Vylor to listen for issue updates in real time.)

View (jira-user, jira-work)​

  • View Jira user information (name, email, avatar).
  • Read Jira projects and issue data, attachments, and worklogs.
    (Allows Vylor to fetch and display relevant issue details.)

Update (jira-work)​

  • Create, edit, and comment on issues.
  • Create worklogs or delete issues when required.
    (Allows Vylor to update tickets automatically and keep progress synchronized.)
